Apollo fell in love with Hyacinthus – and I can see why.  Here are the spring bulbs, generously provided in December 2015 by the Metropolitan Public Gardens Association, flourishing in Gwendwr Rec.  Gorgeous colours.  It will be interesting to see how they come back next year.   Now it is time to scatter some summer blooming wildflower seeds.
