There were some excellent results for local primary schools publicised recently. The key measure used is the percentage of pupils achieving level 4 or above in reading, writing and maths by the time the leave. Nationally the average was 80 per cent last summer (up from 78 per cent in 2014). In Hammersmith and Fulham it was 83 per cent ( so above the national average although down just a point from 84 per cent in 2014).
Naturally within the total there was quite a bit of variation. Those schools that achieved over 90 per cent of above were:
All Saints Church of England Primary School 97 per cent
St Augustines RC Primary School 97 per cent
Miles Coverdale Primary School 96 per cent
Normand Croft Primary School 96 per cent
St Stephen’s Church of England Primary School 96 per cent
New Kings Primary School 94 per cent
Sir John Lillie 94 per cent
Sulivan Primary School 94 per cent
Holy Cross RC Primary School 93 per cent
St John XXIII Catholic Primary School 93 per cent
Ark Bentworth Primary Academy 92 per cent
Larmenier & Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School 91 per cent
Greenside Primary School 90 per cent
Fulham Primary School 90 per cent
Good Shepherd RC Primary School 90 per cent
John Betts Primary School 90 per cent
St Pauls Church of England Primary School 90 per cent
So particular congratulations to them.
